• Violin top is made out of superior quality seasoned and well pronounced Carpathian spruce.  The quality of the spruce used to make the violin top is one of the major factors affecting the sound quality of a violin.

• Violin scroll, neck, side, and back are made with very highly flamed maple, found only in professional violins.  Flamed is a term used to describe the amount of grain (wood pattern) in maple.  Using higher flamed maple to make the side and back of the violin increases both aesthetics and value of the violin.

• Tuning pegs are made out of very professional quality ebony wood in Hill style for trouble-free tuning. Ebony is preferred over hardwood since it is more stable and less likely to slip causing violin to go out of tune. 

• Fingerboard is also made out of superior quality ebony for solid playability. The hardness of ebony wood protects the fingerboard from denting by the fingernail.  Dents on the fingerboard make it very difficult to play the violin in tune.

        BOW AND ROSIN

• The bow comes with octagonal stick made out of professional grade Pernambuco wood providing stability, playability and control.  Pernambuco is the wood used for making professional violin bows.  It provides the firmness and flexibility needed for bow stroke control.  In addition, it also compliments the tonal projection of the violin. 

• The bow comes with professional grade Mongolian horsehair providing sound volume and projection.

        CASE

The wood archtop hardshell case provides the utmost protection for the violin stored inside it.  The hardshell case provides solid strength to the overall integrity of the case.  The arch shape design of the case top adds additional rigidity to the case.  This design is valuable in providing uncompromising case integrity in the event of accidentally placing heavy load on top of case and protecting violin's most vulnerable parts.  

The case also comes with many other protection features for the violin: deluxe 4-point suspension cushions, neck strap, blanket, and soft neck cushion.  The well padded handle and large subway handle make carrying the violin very comfortable.  The shoulder strap offers the option of carrying the case over your shoulder.  

No longer do you need to carry multiple bags for music lessons or orchestra practices.  This case has room for everything.  In addition to holding violin and bows, the case has a large accessory compartment for shoulder rest, rosin, strings and other items, and a string tube for strings.  The case also offers full case length outside music pocket that can hold a lot of music and other accessories.
