All orders will be confirmed via email hence be sure to enter your email address correctly. You should print out a copy of your order from our web site when placing the order. If you need to cancel an order, please email our Customer Service Department at CustomerService@MusicBasics.com. Be sure to include your Order Number in your email when contacting us. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to go through the returns procedure detailed in the Returns Policy. In order to protect the interests of our customers, all orders placed over $300.00 (U.S.) will require additional verifications before the order is accepted by Music Basics as established by our credit and fraud department.
